Customers can help us by following the guidelines given below:

• If the query relates to a calculation, please save the case to disk before calling and have all the information entered available. This is especially important if you believe you have discovered an error.
• If an error message occurs during installation or operation of any program, please note the exact text of the message and if possible the circumstances immediately before the message appeared.

Training on LGBP Ltd programs

We do not currently offer training on our benefits packages. London based and on-site training courses for the Quick Benefits Calculator and Lisson Grove program are available from Square One Training.

For IT support staff

All our programs are standard 32 bit Windows applications. All mainstream versions of MS-Windows are supported from Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 onwards. The programs are standalone executables written in C++ and do not require the presence of third-party libraries or database layers for operation. No special configuration should be required for terminal server or Metaframe environments. Administrators considering deployment of our programs over a network may wish to contact us for advice or a free trial disk.
